  • We reserve the right to update prices, modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment must be made in full before dispatch.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within the specified timeline. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect information.

5. Return & Exchange

  • Only damaged or defective products are eligible for return.
  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery with proper uncut, clear video proof of unboxing.
  • No return or refund is applicable for customized or personalized items unless they arrive damaged.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. No cancellations will be accepted for custom-made items once the process has started.
